Excellent place to do laundry. Friendly and helpful owners. Ultra clean facilities, you can purchase cleaning supplies there also. Top loaders and big front loaders.
It is nice to get laundry done as we do need clean clothes but I truly think the woman is not so pleasant to be around when doing laundry the gentleman is super friendly but I don't care for rudeness from someone when I spend over 100.00 at one time at some establishment I care to be treated with care

One of my close friends is a single mother of a two-year-old. She just moved to Merritt for a new job and her rental unit doesn't have a washer or dryer. That shouldn't have been a problem because she's so close to a laundromat - however she got kicked out with wet clothes because her daughter started crying. Additionally, it sounds like the owner just doesn't care at all if some of his units aren't working properly and just eat the coins. Coins are not reimbursed when this happens.Here's her story:"Wow. Just got kicked out of the Merritt laundromat in the last 5 minutes of our wash cycle because my 2-year-old daughter was having a tough time. Got told her crying (lasting under a minute) was disrupting the owners hearing aids and he didnt care if we had under 10 minutes left we had to leave. He even hip bumped me out of the way when we insisted we wanted to wait til our laundry was done.We also lost $8 trying to use the big machine to do some bedding and it not working, and didn't get reimbursed. He said he just wasted his time trying to fix it after we told him it wasnt working and he said he wasn't going to give us our money back.What's a single mom to do? We took our wet clothes and left. Needless to say, they've lost our business."
I only use this place because it's the only laundromat in town. Owners are rude and unfriendly and the place is expensive as far as I'm concerned. Don't come here if you can avoid it.
