Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was great with lots of options for my vegetarian family. Pool was fun for the kids. The waterside is dark but still fun. The sauna is a little small but comfortable. Great deal for all the included amenities.
Decent hotel, nothing fancy. Some rooms don't have mini fridges or microwaves which I was surprised by. The beds were comfy, and the room seemed clean. It was good enough for the price you pay.
We had a nice stay. Its a pretty normal motel room. Everything seemed cleaned except the one chair had some stains on it but I tried not to think too hard about that... The waterslide was so fun! Really fast! And the pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast had some good variety. Staff was all very friendly and conversational.
This hotel was very disappointing, it was not what we were expecting. We had pre-booked a room and clearly stated that we had a young baby with us. When we checked in we got the last available room which ended up being on the third with no elevator. The state of the room was very out dated and looked nothing like the photos available. The glasses had lip marks on them and there were big beetles all over the room. The manager was friendly enough but when I had to go back to the front desk after carrying my son up three flights of stairs because the room keys did not work the lady at the front desk was very condescending and told me I didnt know how to use the keys and was patronizing in explaining on how to use them. Overall everything was very disappointing and we wont be staying there again.
Good, standard hotel. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious albeit a bit dated. Free breakfast in the morning was good, but pretty crowded. Comfortable beds- overall was happy with my stay!
