A great place for a big breakfast. Ordered the German sausage breakfast out of curiosity. They were very busy but the service was very good.i love big breakfasts but there was so much food that there was no was I could finish it. The sausage was grilled and very good. There were so many potatoes! All the rest of the breakfast was good as well. This will be my regular stop for breakfast when driving into the interior.
Breakfast was awesome. I had the Eggs Blackstoe. Egg cooked perfectly, the English muffin fresh, no green in the tomato and he Hollindais smooth and tasty. Service was great.
We were seated and served quickly which was great for a quick stop on our road trip. However, we did find the food wasn't that great. The beef dip was a bit tasteless and the fries were not fresh and soggy. The Chicken Club salad was a massive plate of iceberg lettuce that was also quite tasteless. I think we got some bad luck as other meals we spotted around the room looked quite a lot better.
Food was good but 45 minutes to get a burger. It was the lunch rush though. Had lots of server staff. Kitchen seemed to be the bottle neck. We will go back.
Try to the chicken club salad. Lettuce was crisp and fresh, huge portions. Yummy garlic bread. Service was great and friendly. Place is packed. And I'm from Vancouver and am quite picky. Just saying.
